About Me
About me:
I’m Gina, a Licensed Massage Therapist with 26 years of experience and a deep dedication to women’s health, trauma-informed care, and nervous system regulation. I’ve spent decades helping people manage the physical and emotional toll of complex conditions like PTSD, autoimmune disorders, and chronic stress. This work isn’t just my profession — it’s my purpose. I am a proud member and mentor with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and a member of The American Massage & Bodywork Professionals (AMBP) – Certified Member and a member of Respect Massage.
My sessions are a blend of intuitive and collaborative. I draw on years of hands-on practice in modalities such as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, craniosacral balancing, and therapeutic bodywork, tailoring each treatment to meet your body where it is. I approach every session with compassion, cultural humility, and respect for your lived experiences.
I’ve supported a wide range of populations from trauma survivors and LGBTQIA+ folks to professional dancers and athletes, and those navigating chronic illness. Whether you’re here to ease muscle tension, release stress, or reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to help your body feel stronger, calmer, and more at home.
What to Expect
We start with a grounded conversation about what’s happening in your body and life. Together, we create a treatment plan that prioritizes your comfort, autonomy, and healing, centered on you and designed to regulate your nervous system.
I offer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including:
Massage Therapy
Cupping
Acupressure
Heat Therapy
Moxibustion
Cranial-Sacral Balancing
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
These services are designed to calm the nervous system, ease pain, reduce anxiety, and promote deep relaxation. Every modality I use serves to support your body and mind in finding balance and healing.
I’m Here for You.
In addition to my hands-on work, I'm also a mentor and an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association, committed to learning and growing so that I can provide you with the best possible care. If you're ready to experience a new level of self-care and healing, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way. Let's take this journey together, at your own pace, with compassion, respect, and trust.
