With 27 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and a passion for trauma-informed care, I've made it my life's work to support individuals in their healing journey. My practice is centered on women's health and wellness, as well as those seeking to nurture their nervous system, manage complex autoimmune conditions, or navigate the challenges of Cancer, PTSD and trauma. My doors are open to anyone who's seeking a restorative space to relax, recharge, and experience the power of touch.
