* Meridian Stretch & Bodywork & Somatic Integration — 60 min: $140

* Mindful stretching + soothing compression + guided breathwork to melt tension, support smoother flow, and deepen body-mind connection. Regulate nervous system.

*Private Yoga & Mindful meditation, breath work can be booked as a stand alone service or blended.

She blends somatic awareness with therapeutic techniques to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support your body’s natural healing—while honoring your autonomy and comfort throughout the session.
